The safe house is lacking in objects except for a few bunkbeds and other miscellaneous items. The safehouse has a campfire outside. I killed all of them but i didn't use the right weapon when attacking cottonwood cove, so hopefully i missed somebody there. Get the invite to the fort by killing Benny. Veteran Atticus is responsible for maintaining this. There is a way to get the NCR safehouse key AND legion safehouse key, but it requires a little finesse.
